Who do we treat?
Our clinic specializes is treating children of all ages. We work with development challenges from neurological impairments, organization and modulation issues, handwriting and activities of daily living difficulties, speech and feeding delays and orthopedic impairments.
What is needed to receive services?
After talking to your physician and determining services are needed, they should provide you with a prescription for
specific services.
Refer to the appointments section of the web site to find the forms that can be downloaded as PDF files. By providing these files in advance the therapist who will meet with you can be better prepared to attend to the specific needs of your child during the evaluation.
Do we provide home based therapy?
Services through our Birth to Three contract are provided
in the
home or day care.
Out patient services can be provided in the home if needed due to health and wellbeing. Prior authorization for services in the home must be designated for the appropriate location to allow appropriate billing.
